Yes. Download an offline region pack before your trip and identification, maps, and logging all work without a signal. The Free tier requires connectivity, but Plus and above include offline packs.
What are offline region packs?
A downloadable set of species data and map tiles for a specific park or region. Once loaded, you can identify species, view nearby recommendations, and log sightings entirely offline.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. If you switch mid-cycle, we prorate the difference. Your sightings and logbook data stay with you regardless of plan.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your sighting records remain accessible and exportable. We believe your observation data belongs to you. You can export everything as CSV or GPX before or after cancelling.
How accurate is the species identification?
Every suggestion includes a confidence score and similar-species comparisons so you can review the evidence. We show uncertainty honestly — no false certainty — and the system improves with each update.
What are Pro ID audio boosts?
High-accuracy audio analysis sessions for challenging calls. Pro users get a generous monthly allocation, with additional boosts available at $0.99 per 20 analyses.
